this is the third gateway in the last 18 months, mine and one for bpth of my 18 year old daughters. gateway makes the best product on the market today.speed lots of harddrive space,everything a college student needs,the dualcore intel is a must. and if you need to contact them. you get an AMERICAN!!!!!!!! who knows customer service.I have had toshiba,compact and my wifes Dell is junk and ever time I called about one of them I got some one who could not speak engish. I bought a dell for my wife 2 years ago and the battery has had to be replaced all ready and power cord. which after 2 months went bad again. after talking to dell owners this seems to be a problem with all dell laptops.So I'm once again in the market for a 4th gateway for my wife.
