Similar to this amazon model offered. I recently purchased a 2370-US10P for a great price at Fry's. I paid $515 out the door and that included a Canon Pixma MX410. I really was attracted by the slim design. A closer look at the spec sheet boasted a 2TB hard drive, although this is the maximum I'm not complaining. I could always expand via 1 of the 11 available USB ports with an external hard drive when needed. A quad core AMD processor, 6GB RAM expandable to 16GB. Another useful feature is the memory card reader and a dvdrw+ drive, which aside from video games and the ocassional redbox bluray rental I can't really remember the last time I used a disc for anything, yet still a useful feature I'm looking to be reqquainted with. Maybe I'll make my sweetheart a cd mix tape :) hahah This was a nice upgrade to my existing Acer laptop which I have now had for about 7yrs, which will now be my dedicated internet PC. Needless to say the performance of this desktop was a huge difference to what I had been using. I am very pleased especially as I will be getting money back on a rebate on the printer. My only dissapointment is the software or the lack thereof. Windows 7 premium (64bit) and MSoffice preloaded, limited function of word & excel only, then again I was happy with the small amount of fluffware to be found on the drive. 1.76TB avail after installing the printer software and I'm sure I can save a few more bytes somewhere by uninstalling the existing fluff. 2 free months of Norton is included but debating whether or not to acutally take advantage of the offer and just buy the best full version of security software on the market...any suggestions? It was very easy to get it up and running out of the box. I think I spent less than 10 min. total unpacking and looking over the quick start quide before I was on the internet! I haven't heard much from gateway and am looking forward to a great PC experience with this brand.
