Gaining instant network access through your notebook is a cinch with the Gateway Wireless-B PC Card. A simple plug-and-play device with this PC Card will give you the freedom and flexibility of always being connected no matter where you go. While Gateway’s wireless products are optimized for working within a fully integrated Gateway network, they have been designed to be compatible within any established Wireless-B network. Gateway Wireless networks are intended to work with the Gateway® Media Center PCs, desktops, notebooks, Tablet PCs and the Connected DVD. All Gateway wireless products may also be used with other manufacturer’s networking products designed to work with the Wireless-B general networking standard. Wireless-B technology is a powerful tool for your home or small office because it gives you the choice to work anywhere, within a range of up to 300 ft from your access point - from a conference room to an outdoor patio, to one of the thousands of public hotspot around the country. Use the Gateway® Wireless-B PC Card with the Gateway™ Connected DVD to stream music, photos and video files from your PC to your TV in another room or to simply watch movies. Bundle it with a Gateway® Wireless Router and you have a complete networking solution.
