I've been enjoying this PC a great deal. I could care less about the touch screen, it's cool but a mouse is still better for pretty much everything. it was incredibly easy to set up, and having the PC and monitor all together is awesome. Having a remote control that works with netflix streaming is pretty nifty, and as a college student used to laptops for the last few years, the screen feels huge. It looks sleek and runs fairly quiet, and for the light entertainment/paper writing I use it for, it's been great.

My one complaint is that my computer did not come with a part it was supposed to, which was required to make the mouse and keyboard work. Not a big deal for me, since I had a better wireless keyboard/mouse combo I was planning to use anyway, but had I not had a nice ergonomic backup I would probably have been pretty upset. Since I wasn't really planning to use the gateway keyboard/mouse I didn't bother calling in to get it fixed, so I can't speak to their customer service. Still, it runs like a dream compared to my old laptop, and looks great too. I was iffy about windows 7, but I actually really like it.

I've only had it for a month or so now, but if it holds up like my last gateway PC did, it should endure heavy use for years to come.

I received this computer and worked on it for a week before realizing that the DVD didn't work. I realized that I didn't really use the touch feature for anything useful and that I really wanted a bigger screen. Electronic Express was kind enough to accept it back and give me a full refund. This product might be the perfect product for you, it just wasn't for me. But I'm very grateful to Electronic Express for taking it back.

I bought this Gateway product for my wife, and it set up easily and works well. There are minor complaints right out of the box, such as very limited connectivity (only USB ports and a CD/DVD drive), and a keyboard that doesn't tell you if caps lock or number lock are engaged. Otherwise the computer worked well - especially since my wife does a lot of scrap-booking and photo editing, and the large touch-screen works well for that. However, a year and 4 months after we bought it, the screen stopped working. When using a flashlight, we can see that the computer itself is still working through images behind the dark front part of the screen, but the screen no longer works- except for brief seconds during startup and shutdown. Gateway's support site requires that we purchase a support plan to get help, and reading other reviews, they also require that we pay for shipping the computer to their Texas repair site. I purchased a USB-VGA converter to be able to still use the computer, and I've tried all the normal tricks of restoring from previous backups and changing msconfig to adjust what boots up - all to no avail. Reading other review sites, I see that we should continue ourselves fortunate that the screen lasted this long. I won't be buying a Gateway again. I expect more than a year and four months out my computers.

This computer is AWESOME and FUN! The screen is great, the processor is fast and there are a lot of extras that I didn't expect. I use it for personal and business; it's great for anything I have to do in those aspects. The sound is good and it has saved so much room in and around my desk. It's terrific.

This is the greatest computer. And, a heckuva tv as well. There's wayyy too many great

things to tell you about here. The only drawback is the cd/dvd player on the side of the unit. It is shaky access... use gingerly. It works... it's just awkward... not real easy to set the disc in place.

Nevertheless... this is one great computer. built in wi-fi. You don't even have to hook it up to your broadband if you've got a router. great camera mic built in.

and, the price is great as well. Syonara, Dell.

The computer works fine, it`s fast and the interface is gentle. The webcam and the speakers are very good.
