Chapter 3: The most fundamental foundation of happiness-getting.
Chapter 4: How to get peace of mind.
Chapter 5: A lengthy discussion on joy and religious observance.
Chapter 6: Self-esteem (Torah perspective, its benefits, and how to obtain it)
Chapter 7: Cultivating friendship
Chapter 8: Living in the present -- its importance and how to gain this trait.
