Pierre Sauv teaches at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, and is a fellow of its Center for Business and Government. He is also a non-resident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution while on leave from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, in Paris. Robert M. Stern is professor of economics and public policy at the University of Michigan.
