Delivery was quick.
The pump has problems. The tubing does not stay on the pump fitting well and if it comes off during use is difficult to get back on with slippery fingers from the lube. The pump lever is poorly attached at its pivot point on the pump housing and frequently comes off during use. The pump occasionally locks up. The cylinder sleeve is difficult to get back evenly on the cylinder after cleaning or for adjusting.
My actual results were disappointing as the erection was not very hard and the ring did not keep up what erection there was. The diameter of the penis did swell which according to the instructions is not good.
Due to the tubing and pump problems alone, I would not recommend this product.
I also took a suggested "combo" offer and later learned that one product came from another source with additional shipping. I would not have taken the combo offer if I had realized this.

The product that I purchased does work just like it is supposed to and is easy to use. Shipment arrived promptly

Got this for my wife's and my own fun. This works really well, the guaged pump does a great job with this and other toys. Using this item with tantric exercises produces some decent results. It will not enlarge you to a "Holmesian" size. But, used with ligament stretching and massage can give you some added length and thickness but, it takes work.
