(From Thailand) This book is one of the best things in my life!

I'm Thai. I'm 25,male and i weight 110 kg.
I've tried to lose my weight for many years, but i can't! I'm a food addict!
I bought this book in Kindle version.
after I finish reading it, I decided to follow this method.
And it's work! I lost 5 kg in a month even I ate a lot of food more than you can imagine!!!
... but It's not the best news for me yet!
I also went to hospital to check up my health.
My sugar level back to normal! And I had a really really bad level of SGPT in the last time. Normal people should has it around 0 - 50. but me, 277 !!
(I don't drink any alcohol by the way, doctor said I had too much fat in my liver and should avoid fat)
After I followed this low-carb diet and then I re-check it again.. AMAZING! My SGPT level decreased from 277 to 70!
And I did eat FAT! A lot of fat (sorry doctor). It's so amazing
I want to say more about a lot of good things of this book and this method. But my english is not very well. - -"
So for summary, I can say that ... "This book is one of the best things in my life" ^ ^

I checked up my health again on 8/2/2012 and wanna share the result.
Sugar : 84 N : 70- 100
Uric Acid : 7.5 N : 2.6 - 7.2 ( I think I ate too much chicken - -")
Cholesterol : 153 N : 150 - 200 (I eat 3-4 whole eggs everyday but It's still fine!)
Triglyceride : 48 N : 50 -150
HDL-C : 43 N : 32 - 68
LDL-C : 89 N : 0 -130
SGPT : 32 N : 0-40 (This is the one I used to have 277, and It's normal now ^^)
Before I tried this method,many people told me that LC is unnatural... how can we cut carb in every meal?! (and yes,in Thailand White rice is our main food)
But after everyone see my result. They all ask me how to do it now. lol
