I was directed to this product by my personal Doctor.I have an sliding hiatal hernia which causes burning and discumfort in the esophagus.This can happen by spicy foods,fried foods or just eating to late at night.My Doctor recommended Gaviscon in liquid.I saw that Amazon had this great three pk at a value price.So far,so good,I have had no burning or discomfort from any food.I take one tbs after my frist meal and one tbs 1hr before bed time.Gaviscon works for me and I would recommend it.

In liquid form it works faster and better than anything else I have tried. It is pricey but gets the job done, so it is worth it in my opinion. It is better at suppressing acid reflux than anything else I know of.
