Book Description

The Gay Sex Classic Completely Revised Edition for 2013!

This latest edition introduces a new revolutionary anal sex technique called The Sexhalation Method.

It will completely eliminate anal pain.

What Would Your Sex Life Be Like If You Could Bottom Without Pain?
You’d have earthshattering orgasms. You’d experience the erotic pleasure of submitting to your partner’s hardness. Sex would be more interesting because you’d add a whole new dimension to it.

So what stops you? Pain. Or the fear of pain. The anticipation of it. If you're like a lot of guys, you've either tried and failed to bottom because it hurt too much or you wouldn’t let yourself try because of “anticipatory anxiety” --the belief that you have to go through a lot of pain to get to the pleasure of bottoming.

You might also be struggling with the “ick factor.”
A lot of guys are grossed out by anal sex. If you don’t know how to get clean down there, the smell and the potential to leave tire tracks behind you can put you off completely.

The Sexhalation Method Will Completely Eliminate Anal Sex Pain.

Mike Miller, the gay sex columnist and co-host of HBO’s The Sex Inspectors, teamed up with colo-rectal specialists, a respiratory psychophysiologist and a yoga guru to create The Sexhalation Method. It combines progressive muscle relaxation, unique breath patterns, and sexual imagery to completely eliminate the pain associated with anal sex.

Here’s a list of some of the subjects you'll see in this best selling gay sex book:

  • How to stop the feeling that you’re going to go on yourself when he’s in you.
  • A step-by-step guide to stretching your sphincter so you can take bigger guys.
  • How to deal with emotional blocks that stop you from trying to bottom.
  • How to eliminate hygiene fears and put you in the right frame of mind.
  • Butt tightening exercises that’ll keep you tight and him happy.
  • How to get over the hang-up that “real men” don’t bottom.
  • How to pick the right adult toy for you.
  • How to choose the best lube.
  • The proper way to use butt plugs, dildos and other toys.

Gay sex doesn’t have to hurt. You just need to learn The Sexhalation Method. This gay best seller also answers letters from real gay men trying--and failing-- to make male anal sex work. You’ll find answers to every question you have, including:

  • Will I end up wearing diapers if I bottom for hung guys?
  • Why does my penis go soft when I bottom?
  • Why does my partner lose his hard-on when he’s about to enter me?
  • How do I get my bottom boyfriend to top me?
  • Does bottoming cause hemorrhoids?
  • We’re both bottoms. How do I wake up my inner top?

  • Does bottoming cause anal cancer?
  • Why can’t he come when I bottom for him?
  • Which condoms should I buy?
  • How do you put on a condom correctly?
  • How do I get myself to use condoms if I hate them?
  • What’s the secret to staying hard with a condom on?
  • Am I wrong to insist on condoms even though we’re monogamous?
  • How can I top a top?
  • I can’t bottom without getting stoned first. Is that bad?

5.0 out of 5 stars "A Self-Help Guide To Gay Anal Intercourse" March 7, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
I have read dozens of books on the joys and pleasures in how to attain the best in anal sex as a bottom and this one, "Gay Anal Sex: How To Bottom Without Pain Or Stains", is the best.

If your a novice or someone who has been doing "it" for years this book will both enlighten you and inform you in more ways than one. The information is simply written and everything on gay anal intercourse for those who bottom (including yours truely) is covered here. Learn how to relax those two stubborn sphincter muscles that we have to take on any size man without pain or hurt, read how to be properly cleaned for a night of passion with the man of your dreams and find out the do's and don't when it comes to being a power bottom. Also learn how to please your partner once he is inside you. This last bit of info will make your lover/partner love you even more.

There is also a neat chapter on dildos and butt-plugs and finding the right kinds of lube to use.

Simply an A+ read!

5.0 out of 5 stars Hilarious November 8, 2012

Initially it was the title that caught my eye. The advice given in these 'pages' is not only well researched and accurate but presented in such a way that had me chuckling, laughing, and down right guffawing until my stomach hurt. A matter of fact, blunt but wonderfully funny read that does so without being crass or trashy. It also taught me a few things I didn't know. A Petrarch must read.

5.0 out of 5 stars Short, helpful and funny November 29, 2012
By Rickey
Format:Kindle Edition
I bought this book as a top in love with a someone who doesn't like to bottom. I bought it out of frustration, really. My boyfriend just couldn't take me (and I'm just a solid average). I think I was secretly angry at him for denying me what I wanted, until the book showed me how many mistakes I was making as the top! Damn. Well, I corrected it, got the boyfriend to try everything in the book and I'm happy to report our sex life took off. And to my (pleasant) surprise, I even started bottoming for him.

I found the book's Q&A formatting a bit shaky, but not too bad. It was enlightening to hear people's real-life dilemmas and their solutions but at the same it was hard to go back to the section you wanted to re-read. It needs better sequential organizing, I think. Personally, I liked how short the book is (63 pages) because it gets straight to the point--how to bottom without pain.

Let's start with the bad (because I'm evil). First, the Q&A format can be a little tedious. Sometimes I just wanted to read through an entire subject without having another question pop up. Two, the book is a little skimpy on some areas like safe sex and toys. And three, the book could use a couple of diagrams to make its point better.

These points pale in comparison to the highly useful information and the sometimes laugh out loud humor the author uses to make his point. I've read all the books on this subject. They're either written by credentialed authors (doctors) who sound too clinical with mounds of interesting but ultimately useless information or uncredentialed authors who've literally written stuff like, "I hear if you do it in this manner you'll get a better result." OMG.

This author--a sex columnist who once hosted a sex show on HBO--however, seems to straddle the chasm between being medically accurate and casual enough to make things understandable. Specifically, here's what I liked:

- The book is short. You can read it in one or two hours.
- The book is centered around one issue--how to do it painlessly.
- Author doesn't promise instant results (that's how you know somebody knows what they're talking about--when they don't oversell)
- The questions (from real gay guys who've written to the author) are fascinating. This one's off-topic a bit but I love it so much I actually tweeted it out to my friends: "I look like a top. How do I put out bottom energy at the bars?"
- The author just flat out makes me laugh. He's sort of like Dan Savage but not as edgy or intellectual. He typically weaves in anecdotes/jokes to his answers.

5.0 out of 5 stars An easy to follow solution to a vexing problem April 30, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
The way I see it there are two issues about bottoming: The pain and the judgement you make about who you are and what it means to bottom (can you tell I come from a macho family?). This book covers both issues completely, with knowledge and humor. I highly recommend it if you've been having issues bottoming, from a physical as well as psychological aspect.

4.0 out of 5 stars Blunt and to the point October 11, 2012
By Joseph
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Sex is so intimate that some questions are not asked and important information is not shared. There is no guessing that should take place in this area. This book is wonderful with its humor and honesty so well mingled...the information needed to enjoy this sexual activity with the life saving cautions clearly pointed out in my opinion is an act of great compassion on the part of the author.
