This book written by a professor of New Testament at Lousville Presbyterian Theological Seminary should be read by all who struggle with faith and justice issues especially regarding sexuality. Dr. Edwards provides a radical and exciting as well as scholarly piece for those of us seeking to rebut the so-called Christians who would deny gays and lesbians civil and human rights based on a fundamentalist interpretation of the Biblical witness. Read, enjoy, learn, and grow.
