15' Four Season SolariumI received this sunroom as a xmas present to allow me to use my jacuzzi year round.I Love it!this room could have been labeled a little better, and a novice should not try it. but three people! and if one of them knows anything about constructing rooms, gazebos, sheds or something of that nature it will come out great! It definitely takes 2-3 people because the roof needs to be supported while beams are screwed in place. and the instructions should say the beams that hold the wall panels go flat instead of sideways. But this room does not allow cold air in. It's fully tinted and provides privacy unless you let the windows down. windows made of some soft flexible, yet durable material they all come down making the top a screen room if you like. I put a 7 man jucuzzi inside, a wicker sofa, a tv and music. stil have room to move around. when it rains nothing gets wet. A great buy!

The Good:
I purchased the smaller version of this gazebo 10x14 from another store other than Amazon. It is a good product. It hold to high winds, in my case, even to a hurricane. We had it anchored to the tile patio. We had a bit of snow this year, 3 inches, no problem. It is fairly easy to assemble. The parts are light weight. There is a video in YouTube that guide you on how the assemble this product. The gazebo keep the chill out. It can also be use with small gas propane fire place. It seems to vent well from the ceiling. I do have a carbon monoxide detector installed just in case.

The Bad:
1. The windows are the weakest link. The are made of a soft plastic, but they do the job well done.
2. The bottom panels paint faded within 4-6 months. They look grey instead of brown. I called the manufacturer in Canada and they promised me to replace the panels. The panels are out of stock, so I have to wait for two months.
3. In shipment, one of the doors came bent the manufacturer replaced it within two weeks.

Overall, I love the gazebo. The manufacturer seems responsive. The paint fading in only four months, it's unacceptable.

We bought this as a sunroom by our pool and looking at the photos online thought this would be neat looking at a reasonable price.
Well, it's a sunroom alright but here are the negatives first:

Installation:
-The PDF manual is very poorly done, so look carefully and look again before you install
- Some of the installation drawings were off
- There are screw holes in the ceiling slats that have no part to screw in
- We were missing screws in several categories and had to go out and find matching ones
- The doors are incorrectly built as some youtubers noted: you cannot solve the riddle of the weatherstrip showing and our doors had the panels reversed.
- The metal parts do not have precisely aligned screw holes. The while thing is slightly "off" and you cannot really get it fully squared. Nothing visible but nevertheless
- The roof panels were squashed on some edges and were almost impossible to keep in their rails during installation
- Again, biggest grief here is that nothing really perfectly lines up and you're constantly adjusting and hammering to get it fully standing

After its up:
- It's not weatherproof. With a heavy rainstorm we have roof drip and water runing down the beams so be careful what you put in. The panel structure on the roof is begging for trouble, once you see it up close: it's not built for significant water or snow backup
- The wall panel are warping a bit from stress
- The door has started to jam
- the window panel latches are rusting and hardly open
- plastic latch parts are cracking

In summary: not many redeeming factors than that it BARELY serves its purpose but be ready with lots of silicone and weatherseal to attack this thing.

We ordered the Solarium back in Oct. The estimated arrival was off by several weeks. The shipping company only makes deliveries once a week to our town. We wound up renting a trailer and driving the 100 miles to get it ourselves. One of the boxes was damaged by the forklift and went undetected at the shipping yard. The people at Wayfair were great once I was able to get to someone to talk to for a replacement. It also took 3 weeks for delivery of a replacement. We were fighting winter weather coming on. It took 3 people 2 days to put it together. We had a professional house builder helping us and he was very frustrated putting it together. He was fearful of a winter snow build up on the roof so we have modified it with chains across the ceiling to hold the walls from bowing out. We remove the snow off the roof with every snow storm. We have it anchored to 4x6 beams (and 50 bags of cement below the beams). So far it has held up to the 50 mph winds we have had. We have concerns about the soft plastic windows holding up over time. We are already researching replacement windows. The sliding doors are made of the ceiling material and are not clear for viewing out. They will freeze shut when the snow melts off the roof and gets in the tracks. I've gotten good at using the hair dryer to get them open. Other than that we are enjoying it. We have the hot tub on one end and patio furniture on the other. We ran electric to it for the lights, hot tub and heater. Watching the on line videos for putting it together was helpful. Wish the company would include one with the instructions. If anyone can tell me how the windows held up for them I would really like to hear from you.
