My kids got this for their bday & love it! It blows out lots of bubbles so it saves me getting worn out from all the blowing. Lots of fun!

Wonderful toy, but overpriced! The toy performs wonders. Don't pay attention to the "2 bubbles" review, must have been using "heavy duty" batteries, this toy NEEDS alkaline batteries. 2 C Duracell batteries, 6 hours and Buzz is just *barely* showing signs of weakness, it has plenty of battery life endurance. The toy meets expectations of operation for me and my autistic son who expects most toys to outdo themselves. He's having too much fun to complain this time =)

However, I expected a bubble wand for my son to blow bubbles too. I needed to dig out the old chewed up one from a drawer. My son loves to bite them.

Amazon's description is misleading:

"Batteries: 2 C batteries required. (included)"

THEN a few lines below it:

"Requires 2 C batteries, not included."

UNFORTUNATELY, I read the top description that said the batteries were included.

Regardless of Amazon's mistake, for this price I would have included batteries at least!

My Great Grandchildren love this. We have spent many happy hours chasing bubbles around the yard and around the pool. My greatgrandson is a Buzz lover so he would like this if it didn't do a great job blowing bubbles but it does. Buy extra bubble solution, you will use this a lot so don't run out.

I purchased this toy for my 3 year old nephew because he loves Buzz Lightyear and of course loves playing with bubbles. I brought C batteries because that is what the description said it used. When we went to put the batteries in on Christmas Day, we were suprised because the battery compartment was for 2 "AA" batteries. Fortunately, I keep batteries at home, so I had them. We put them in, and...nothing. We tried another 2 batteries, but still....nothing. I hope I kept the receipt because this was a bust....on Christmas Day!!! Very disappointed.

My sister bought this bubble machine for my son in 2004, and we had years of fun with it. But, as all kids do, he outgrew it, and I put it away in 2007. Now, my daughter is 2, so I dug it out, and unfortunately, it no longer works. So, I'm buying a new one to continue having the same fun as I did with my son. It is fun for all of us to chase the bubbles around the yard. The batteries last about 6 hours, which is great.

My son received this as a gift from an indulgent aunt. I would never have purchased something like this, but it turned out really well. My son loves Buzz Lightyear and loves to chase the bubbles around the yard. He pops them with his foam sword while yelling "Go Buzz!!". I just stick it on the porch let him go. You do have to change the batteries a lot and use good quality bubble solutions. We use rechargeable batteries and haven't had any issues thus far. It's been two years and the thing still looks new. We use it often, as we have long summers and warm Fall seasons where we are. It is LOUD for a small toy, but it does pump out alot of bubbles. Go Buzz, indeed.

I bought this for my son as a reward for his toilet training. While He was thrilled with it, I am disappointed. It only blew one big bubble at a time, and went through Batteries like crazy.
If Buzz Lightyear wasn't such a huge hit with my son, it would have been a total waste of money.
