Often the motorized blowers offered in the toy market do not function well. The Gazillion Bubbles Elmo Motorized Bubble Blower blows lots of bubbles as long as the Elmo's Fish Bowl has enough bubble solution. The bubbles will not blow out so readily when the bubble solution level gets too low. To resolve, simply refill the Elmo Fish Bowl with more bubble solution. Note, the bubble solution sits in the fish bowl opening which has no cover, therefore, the bubble solution will spill out if a child is not careful when moving the motorized toy.

This toy is easy to use. The batteries are installable with ease. It works as described with bubbles coming out at an attention-getting rate. The liquid is simple to pour without spilling and is not consumned quickly - it lasts! We've used this toy with only one child and it did not hold his attention for too long. Perhaps when used with a number of kids, it will be more successful as a group activity.

This is a lot of fun, toddlers love to chase the bubbles and older kids find it fascinating. My grandson, who loves anything Elmo, was really thrilled with his. Great fun at a party, or even for one kid.

I would suggest finding the same bubbles that comes with it to use. I did purchase a big thing of Gazillion Bubbles but the toy seems to have trouble blowing them. A fair amount of bubbles come out. More than I had expected. Don't take long for the bubbles to run out so you have to watch it and keep refilling it often as it don't hold much anyways. My kids are enjoying this little toy and they love Elmo. It's a bit noisy but my kids are okay with it. I have had it so far for maybe a month now and it's still working great. I'm happy with it.

Our developmentally delayed grandson recently had his third birthday. He LOVES Elmo. He loves blowing bubbles. So an Elmo bubble machine seemed like it would be a perfect gift. The first red flag on this toy was when I first picked up the box... it was as if there were nothing inside it was so light. Then, getting the box open with my grandson, the quality of the plastic was so low grade, I was concerned about where it might have come from and what kinds of materials and paint were used. Then we got it set up for our grandson, and turned it on, and it made a godawful racket, and the amount of bubbles it produces is unimpressive. Our grandson HATES the toy and won't go near it. It was a complete waste of money.
