Muck boots are comforable but sometimes a sharp stump rips a small hole in it. This is good for repairing them. It is thinner and more expensive than Shoe Goo but it sticks better and goes into small crevices.

I have used Gear-Aid Aquaseal before and needed more. I have used it on GoreTex for holes, punctures, and seams coming apart. I have used it for what it was meant to do and for more than that. It works all the time and that is why Im back for more.

A new activity of mine is fixing my own gear and saving money by purchasing slightly used gear. Enter the rad duffle bag with an 8" gash through the bottom. Sewed it up with an Speedy Stitch tool and poured on a bunch of Aquaseal on it. What amazing stuff. Maybe I need a little practice to make it look really pro, but the stuff sticks and flexes, so many possibilities!

I put two coats of Aquaseal on the rips on my boot (they aren't old enough to be cracking and it was down on the heal where you take the boot off) but now I feel like the boot is as good as new and I didn't have to buy another pair! I had missed a hairline crack the first time around and wanted to make sure I didn't have wet feet after using this stuff, thus the second layer. I'm glad to find Aquaseal, it may not fix every problem but it did this one and I am pleased.

Product works great. Have been using it for years. I would like it if the product came in larger quantities than the tube sizes available...maybe it does, but someone can let me know.
