This is the worst ever frame that could me, and I feel cheated to have bought this using a market place seller who did not accept my return and sent it back. It was an open item when he shipped it to me.

The product is the worst ever frame with lowest ever resolution that could be made, and the button are so tight that you need a hardware to move it. I still did not remove the stickers from the frame thinking that some point in time this review would be read by amazon and will take note of poor sellers and probably take a return.

My simple suggestion, if you are buying frames, dont consider this frame at all. I do not know if there's a gear head company that can take it back from me.

Easy to load pics. Quality of the pictures were pretty good I thought, especially for the price. I would definitely buy again.

Started the RMA process with Gearhead and they just denied it since only one pixel is out on the unit. The pixel is blue and it totaly is viewable when looking at photo's. Product is junk and the support service is awful. I will never buy anything from Gearhead again!

I bought this for a gift and I am disappointed to find out once it was uploaded with pictures it was really hard to see the pictures unless you held it at an angle. The screen also scratches very easy.

watch out. This is a good for the money Digital frame. But you cannot use SDHC cards in these. I have only found one card from Transcend 4GB SDHC card that will work. I boought 4 as gifts and 4 Scandisk 4GB SDHC cards and had to buy 4 2GB SD cards since the other cards would not work. I tried other SDHC brands and no dice. Make sure the unit you are buying accepts the SDHC card or your hosed.

I bought this over the holiday's and got it for a very reasonable price. The screen resolution is ok it's nothing compared to 1024x768 resolution I would have liked. There was some minor assembly required for setting up the stand for the product. The frame is made of cheap looking plastic and all in all I would recommend this if you have a small budget but if you can save up your cash and get a nicer model I would do that instead.

bought this for my mom so that I could send it too her ready to go.resalution is bad and color is not very good.read alot about frames and found somewhere that on these low res frames if you resize your picture they work great. well they work better but res is still res. I resized pictures and they did look better but still had small lines you could see if you where within 3 ft. the color was so so on pictures taken in good bright sunlite but had some indoor pics that printed fine and look good on comp. but looked dark and orange on frame. maybe it would help to do more editing but I'm not willing to do that much editing just to get it to work. Will be nice if I can find a frame with 800x480 with good color at resonable price.mfgs. need to pay more attention to these details and less to remotes ect.

Works Fine, the software is pretty easy to use, the only complaints are:

1. that it wouldn't have to reload EVERY image when you update. If you just want to add a few new images it has to reload every single one which takes a while.

2. that it has a better seal. I have dust getting inside the cover, but you can open it with a small screwdriver and clean it out.

3. the key loop it comes with is useless. I just used a zip tie to connect it to my chain and solved that last problem.

For the price($17.99 on 10/18), it's a great, functional key chain.
