Pozidriv screws are not common in household or hobby use but they are common in factory assemblies. This set fills a unique need when faced with Pozidriv screws. The smallest driver in the set looks large but works fine with M1.6 metric screws.

Most British Sports Cars from the 1960's used Pozidrive fasteners. They appear to be Phillips headed, but a standard Phillips driver may "turn out" from the screw head, usually causing damage to the slots. These Pozidrive drivers have a comfortable handle, are well-made and work well with any Austin Healey, MG, Triumph or Jaguar with Pozidrive fasteners.

I did not realize how many Pozi screws I had been using phillips drivers on. Pozi looks like phillips but is better than phillips. This ia a very good screw driver set. Has magnetic tips but most of all it fits the screw heads that I could not get phillips drivers to work. I had been stripping a lot of screw heads. Now if it look phillips I try the Pozi driver first to see how well it fits... I am finding that a lot of the "phillips" looking screw are really Pozi head.s

These items were received on time and in brand new condition. The pozi screws can be found on electronic items that were manufactured to European specifications and without these drivers, you will strip the screws out which look just like a standard American Phillips head screw. But the American driver will slip out of the head of the screw even when a lot of pressure is applied.
