At first I thought the X-Bend was a gimmick but these provide better handling and comfortable due to the design. The wrench and ratchet ends have a girth that can make it difficult to work with in small spaces but this is not surprising considering the price. These are meant to be direct competitors to the store bought brands although with an eye at being a substitute to Snap-On. Snap On tools are much better in the way they are cast but they are cost prohibited.I have used these combination ratchet/wrenches on my lifted Jeep XJ and I haven't had that many problems with space and for that I think these are a solid buy. Unless you have the cash or do automotive work day to day buy these and feel satisfied knowing that you have lifetime warranty that you can exercise at any Sears, just like Craftsman. ;) |
