This figure is enormous. I can't even wrap my hand all the way around the torso. The members of Delta Squad are enormous in width in the games, and it carries over to this 1/6th size toy. I just can't get over the size of this thing. Amazing, and at around $40 total, it seems like good value for money spent.

NECA sometimes has problems with their toys, but this Marcus Fenix is just about perfect. The sculpt of the head is spot on, the body is spot on, the armor, weapons, mud on the boots, every little attention to detail is there. And it is glorious. To display. Here's why: this toy doesn't have articulation worth crap. The head turns side to side, you can kind of get the arms into a couple positions by the shoulders, elbows and wrists; you can move the legs at the hips back and forth; you can twist the thighs; and the boots kind of move but not so much.

He comes with two accessories: the Lancer Assault Rifle, and the Snub Pistol. He looks all kinds of goofy being a huge guy holding that little gun, and the way the arms articulate it looks so much more natural holding the big rifle. The problem is, there's this little bump on the inside of the chainsaw grip that means it's impossible for him to hold it properly without bending the chainsaw underneath the hand. The good news is, the chainsaw grip is bendy, so it won't break the gun.

But if you want an amazing space military figure, or love Gears of War, this is the figure to get. It's beautiful.

Awesome! This is better by far that the first 12" Fenix! The light up armor is way cool! My kids have one - they use it to fight the 12" Master Chief - no comparison! 12" Marcus is poseable - my kids have a blast with it...and of course, I have my own set up shooting any locust that dare enter my pad! :) Buy it now! You'll love it!
