I am a computer tech always looking for new information. Most of the time you waste your money because you get information that is either easy to find with a Google search or other times the information is vague. Dave does an excellent job by going into detail about the processes. I have used three of the programs he talks about before, but I still learned something about them I did not know. He even includes a checklist you can print out to use as you go through the process. Very handy.

An easy to follow DVD with software information that is relevant in 2011. I now know what programs to run and how to clean up my computer with confidence. The companion CD has the program files Dave uses in the DVD. Would definitely purchase any future DVDs made by Dave regarding Windows software.

I've had the usual anti-viruses, names we are all familiar with. They work fairly well, but they don't protect
your computer from everything. Also you have to renew your subscription annually, for a fee that always seems
excessive, and if you don't renew they are relentless in their efforts to make you miserable. I was fed up with
the aggravation !
This is a process that is easy to follow along with, regardless of your computer skills (rookies need not be scared),
and when you get through it, the viruses and malware will be GONE ! Period ! Then you can put the DVD in your rack,
and if you need it again it will be there for you to use without shelling out $59.95 or whatever. Plus I was very happy
with the increase in speed my newly "cleaned" computer received.
This was a life-saver for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone !
