Yep. Low to moderate settings depending on your cpu. (Or possibly not at all if you have a very mismatched ancient cpu, though thats unlikely)

Source engine scales very well though, so the graphics will look quite nice even at moderate.

But yea since its source engine, if you can run any source game well, it should too run fine. So maybe check out TF2 (its free), and if it runs at max settings fine, Titanfall should run at low-medium fine.
