This review is from: The Geller Effect (Hardcover)
An autobiography up to the 1980's. Good anecdotes , impressive examples of demonstrations, and a rather upbeat outlook in the face of all the implacable 'debunker' types.

This review is from: The Geller Effect (Hardcover)
Human conciousness has more abilities than we are aware of. The Geller Effect by Gay Lyon Playfair and co-written by Uri shows how Uri has used his incredible powers since his early childhood. Scientists has used him for countless experiments in laboratories and are still mystified by the results. This book will leave you breathless as you turn the pages and learn about top secret government missions and his mysterious powers of dowsing. A wonderful autobiography that will make you eager to learn more. Margolis new book Uri Geller Magician or Mystic seems to finish the story quite well. Angel Rose

A Most Disturbing Autobiography, August 30, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: The Geller Effect (Hardcover)
The reason we read autobiographies is to understand what motivates the author. To find out what makes him tick. What makes Uri Geller tick? After reading this book I think I can answer that question with one word; money. He brags about the size of his bank account as if that was the true measure of a man.
