Product does not work on Windows Vista,

I ordered this microphone because it was cheap and it said it worked with Windows. However, Windows Vista cannot even read the installation CD. I Emailed the seller and got no response. I phoned and spoke to someone who had seen my Email. He said he was changing the description to make clear that it would not work with Windows Vista, and he promised that I would get a reply to my Email. A few weeks later, nothing. I also got charged $8 shipping for a $15 item which was shipped about 50 miles; he said that was Amazon's fault. All in all, a very bad experience.
