Great for carrying around your Gemeinhardt, March 12, 2007

When compared to the other cases, this is a cheap, efficient choice. Yes, it's not as pretty or elegant as the leather cases offered, but it's significantly cheaper and serves the same purpose.
While great compared to NO case whatsoever, it's still a bit annoying. The strap doesn't release enough that it's convenient to strap the flute to your back without being choked a little. The case is also very bulky and not as tight-fitting and comfortable as the leather cases are. While very soft on the inside, and while one would assume the bulk would assist in protecting the flute, it just means that the flute has room to move around inside the case which is very annoying and inconvenient.
Over the other Gemeinhardt choices offered, I'd go with this one (the leather ones also have the tendency to wear down after a short while), but be warned that it's neither superb nor entirely comfortable.
