Cheap but not cheap,

I've gone through several sets of ...headphones ...but this beats all of them in sound quality and durability. ...the Gemini set has been going strong for about four months with no problems at all. And I noticed the sound quality the first time I used them; they even drew clear strong sound out of a cheap audiovox cd player that didn't have good sound with anything else. Even on high volume or with a cd player's bass boost on there's no distortion in these headphones. They are more comfortable than other behind-the-head sets I've tried. ...

Nice bass, very comfortable!,

These headphones have a nice, full bass sound. The are quite comfortable and the sound quality good for headphones that are so light in weight, easy to carry and inexpensive. My only problem with the headphones, is when I walk around with them at a fast pace, they slip down. Most average person's will probably not experience this problem though, as I am very small compared to most adult human beings.

Good sound, but not very comfortable,

These headphones look good. They've got a sleek design that make them sort of a fashion statement as well as a functional piece of audio equipment. The sound is not the greatest, but it's good for the price. The "joints", where the cord is connected to the plug and to the earpiece are sturdy. The cord only connects to one earpiece, which means you don't have to worry about two cords when your arms are moving durring a run. They're light, and they fold up well. I can't give them a complete thumbs up because they're not very comfortable. Like all headphones that wrap around the back of your head, they rest on your ears. This would be fine if everyone's ears were the same shape, but they're not. After running for an hour with these on, they started to pinch. Also, if you've got the top of your ear pierced, like I do, you have to take out the earring. It's very painful otherwise. If you've got long hair, you have to put it up in order for the headphones to sit correctly on your ears. You also have to make sure that your ponytail doesn't repeatedly hit the back of your head when you exercise. Again, it's an issue of pinching. To sum it up, if you've got short hair and are only going to be wearing these during periods of light activity like leisurely walking down the street, they're a sturdy, attractively priced option.

Awesome Headphones,

I got my headphones a few days ago, and as far as I can tell, these things are soo great. With them on, you can't hear anything else around you. I was listening to music on my computer and someone came up right behind me and I didn't know they were there until they sat right next to me. I can't hear the TV when its on either. You will totally lose yourself in whatever your doing with these on.As far as sound quality goes, they seem fine. They handle high volume very well and the range appears to be alright. They also look very cool and are stored easily (foldable). I tried running with them and they stayed on very well. I totally recommend these to anyone looking for headphones.

I previously had a set of sony street style headphones but they were hurting my ears. So I went out and found these. They are very flexible and comfortable, and since they fold up into a loop they are easy to hang on a wall or desk. I'm not much of an audiophille but these sound great to me. Definately worth the price.

Very nice headphones, but there is a downside to them!,

I have had these headphones about a year or so and up until a couple of weeks ago they were perfect. Excellent sound quality, very crisp, clear, and not to mention LOUD. When I crank my MP3 player up to the max with these plugged in anyone near me can clearly hear what I am listening to.One thing that I saw other reviewers mention is the comfortability. Personally, I find these extremly comfortable and they don't slide around a bit. But like the other reviewer said, nobody has the exact same ears, so comfort is an entirly personal thing with these. Probably one of the best things about these headphones is that they fold up into a nice little ball, and when the cord is wrapped around the two little plastic hoops, they store away easily and stay folded until you need them again. But, despite the praise, I only gave these headphones 4 out of 5 for the following two reasons. 1) The high and low sounds are as clear as day, but the middle sounds seem to blur together ever so slighty. Though not enough to be even the slightest of bothers, it's just a little thing that you will notice when you put these on the first time. But after a while you get used to it and it sounds just fine. 2) The wire on my pair seems to be getting damaged. After a year of use, a couple weeks ago I noticed that the sound was dropping all bass. I found the cause for this was that when the wire enters the headphone itself, the cord is slightly loose. Though the problem can be solved by adjusting the wire a littble bit, it is still an annoying little thing about these headphones. Overall, if you are looking for a pair of headphones, and your budget is about $20, then I would definatly pick these up. But if you happen to have more money available, I'd suggest you search around a bit.

Good sound but not good for sleeping,
This review is from: Gemini HS800 Behind the Head Foldable Headphone (Electronics)
This pair of headphones has the best sound I've heard from sport headphones (Which, I admit isn't much. The only other headphones I've had were ones that came with the CD players I bought.) I purchased these straight from Target, and the sound specs on them such as the frequency was considerably higher than some of the other more expensive headphones. I got home and tried them and I loved the sound they produced. One downside is that the green things that go behind your ears can be kind of a painful hassle. More than once the cord has gotten stuck on a desk cornder or doornob, pulling the headphones forward, the green thingys ramming up against the back of my ear, quite painfully. When I lay back against my pillow the flexable c bar on the back pushes up against my head and the green ear support things ram against my ears, again quite painful. I cant sleep on the side either, because there are these large reflective domes on the headphone that are actually quite useless, and they push the headphone up against my ear. The only way I can sleep with these on is with my face against the pillow, and thats not comfortable because I can't breath.Good sound, but not very comfortable. Right now I'm looking into the HP550 model headphones.

Comfortable & Convenient!,

These are great headphones! They are very comfortable compared to the others I have used. I ordered 2 for my sons because they like to take their headphones on the bus with them while riding to their athletic events. Being foldable makes them great to tuck into their sport bags. My sons really like them. I would recommend them to anyone!

Ok, so I bought these headphones a couple weeks ago. They looked cool, but to be honest, the sound quality is not the best. However, they are very comfortable. Overall, I would look elsewhere.

These headphones are a must. The audio is awesome, making a wonderful blend between the bass and treble. They are very comfortable, and you don't even realize that you are wearing them. They also fold up, so that makes it convienient to put in a cd player case or small area. I recommend this product for anyone who loves to listen to stuff!!!
