A set of sci-fi and fantasy stories relating, like the rest of Cecilia Tan's collections, with gender issues. In this set, you get stories of people with both sets of 'parts', neither (the theme is "I'm not telling"), and switchable (one story about a "gen-fem" with a set of plug-in phalluses). Definitely edgy and interesting, using the genre to touch on what constitutes male, female or 'other'. |
