How men and women can adapt their communication styles,
By moneyblows books (Lee, NH) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Genderflex(TM): Men & Women Speaking Each Other's Language at Work (Hardcover)
A psychologist who leads frequent workshops on the material of her book, Dr. Tingley encourages women to do active listening, and to speak more like men (and men to speak more like women) to improve their communications with the opposite sex. Communicating adaptively is one way, the author states, to end the workplace war of the sexes.

A workable, memorable approach to adaptive communication.,

This review is from: Genderflex(TM): Men & Women Speaking Each Other's Language at Work (Hardcover)
The book gives a pragmatic, easy-to-remember approach to the communication problems that continue to hamper male-female communication in the workplace. It is written with clarity of ideas, and with enough humor to make it enjoyable reading. This a standout among the books on communication that belong in a workplace library.
