This QuietPact generator features a two-cylinder, 760cc Generac OHVI (Overhead Valve Industrial) V-Twin engine--the only engine designed specifically for generator use. It comes standard with automotive style pressure lubrication and spin-on oil filter that ensure proper lubrication of internal engine components at all times to reduce engine wear and provide improved fuel efficiency--saving you fuel costs over the life of the generator. It also offers advanced heat reduction technology such as plateau-honed cylinders that lessen break-in time, plasma moly ring seals that help to keep excess oil out of the cylinder, and graphite piston inserts that provide a smoother surface for the piston to move against--all helping to contribute to a significantly longer engine life.An enclosed critical grade muffler is mounted inside the unit to prevent injuries while stationary or in transit. Other features include a main line circuit breaker for overload protection, high-temperature shutdown to prevent damage from overheating, and a 2 amp "trickle charger" that maintains the battery when the generator is in use.

This generator arrived in just a few days even though it was the Christmas holiday season. I purchased this unit to mount on my mobile kitchen. The price was excellent, and with the free shipping, I feel I got a very good deal. Love shopping with Amazon and really love Amazon Prime.
