The Generac 6382 30-Amp 125/250-Volt Transfer Switch Power Center combines service entry equipment and manual transfer equipment into one cabinet eliminating the need for separate equipment and extra wiring. This power center allows you to feed generator power not only to the main load center in your house, but to subpanels in a workshop, barn, dock or other outbuilding. The Generac 6382 Transfer Switch Power Center enclosure is made of aluminum, built to NEMA 3R specifications and installs next to your outdoor meter. This power center allows utility or generator power to come through it first, then distributes it elsewhere and enables you to transfer your entire power load to generator power and manually turn off selected loads as needed. This Generac power center includes a 30-Amp generator main breaker, a 200-Amp utility main breaker mechanically interlocked to prevent both mains to be on at the same time and a 30-Amp NEMA L14-30 male inlet mounted on the bottom. The Generac 6382 30-Amp 125/250-Volt Transfer Switch Power Center is UL Listed, made in the USA and backed by a 2-year limited warranty. It measures 18-inch x 18-inch x 4-inch and weighs 21-pounds.
