Ok product, but poor customer service from Generac.,

22KW Liquid Cooled Generator
Model QT02224ANAN Product broke down within first year of ownership. Still under warranty, but Generac has been unable to fix the problem and has become unresponsive. We have sent detailed pictures of the broken component and they have been unable to furnish a correct replacement part. This problem has been ongoing now for over 4 months with no resolution in sight. Generac's poor customer service and lack of knowledge on their equipment is troublesome to say the least. Plus, to compound the problem, Generac's distribution/ representatives are not supporting the Generac product either. We bought the item from Northern Tool Company. Northern Tool points the finger at Generac, and Generac points the finger at Northern Tool. In the end, we have a broken generator that is under warranty that no one will fix. |
