This is a pair of double locking leg iron cuffs. Double locking means that the swinging arm of the cuff will not move in either direction once locked into place. This prevents the cuffs from getting tightened when the double lock is engaged. This pair of cuffs are made of an all metal construction with a polished metal finish. A long heavy gauge chain link combines the cuffs together. Comes with two keys included in case you lose one.

Ok I just purchased this item and I have a few issues with it. First the place where the chan connects to the cuffs is very poorly done, it looks like one good yank and they will pull appart. Second the chain itself is just an average chain and it would take little effort to bend the links in the chain to break it. Third the locking mechanism is off somehow the key catches and doesnt want to turn.
