Loved the design and how it worked while it lasted. It started freezing up about a year after we bought it and would not ring or keep time. It would work for about 20 minutes after we unpluged it and pluged it back in, but then it would freeze on a certain time and act like it was working when it was not.

This was advertised as a new item. It is definitely not a new phone. The receiver has a scratch in it and it was repackaged. I paid a lot for the item - probably 3x retail as I was replacing the phone for someone who really liked the one they had before it went defective. It's disappointing to pay that much and not have it be brand new.

We have two of these phones. The first one (about a year old) is the oldest and works great... no complaints. The second one (about 9 months old) has not been very good. Occationally on an incoming call, the ringer will ring solid for about 30 seconds (even if you answer the phone). Lately the LCD display on the base unit started going out and is now unreadable. I love the design, it just needs a little more quality.

I have had this phone for several years. The handset is very comfortable & the sound quality is great. In fact I plan on buying another one.

This is a great phone. Easy to use. Looks cool. I got it for my home office after my old one died. I spent a lot of time looking for just the right phone & this one looks good on my desk. However, it doesn't have a speaker phone function. It doesn't say that it does have a speaker phone function. I was so impressed with how it would look that I forgot I wanted a speaker phone function.
