I bought this to decorate the bedroom of my son but it ended up in our leaving room as a play rug... My son loves the bright colors, the texture (really soft)and moving his cars on it. It was really a good buy.
I would recommend to buy My Travel Town by Early Years as the cars in it are the perfect size for the rug "streets and parking space".

I bought this for my son's 3rd birthday and I've been very pleased with it. It is a good size but not so large that it won't fit in his room. We leave it out all the time since my son has a car theme in his room and it has held up very well over the year that we've had it. I simply vacuum it once a week or so and it looks just as good as the day I got it. My son enjoys playing with this rug with his matchbox cars and he especially likes the gas station pictured on the rug. The roads are just the right width for his cars. I would definitely recommend this rug.

We purchased this for our little boy's 3rd birthday. For the first week, he hauled it out to the living room every day. (After that we convinced him to leave it in his bedroom floor.) The size is perfect, big enough to really play on, but not so big that it's in the way in the room he shares with his older brother. The texture is quite soft so it's comfortable to play on, even in shorts. The details of the buildings are not overly specific, which allows him to decide whether certain ones are houses, or businesses, depending on the game he wants to play. He has cars ranging in size and type from Matchbox to 3 times that size and the roads work well with all of them.

My son really did not enjoy it much - kind of OK from educational point. Good thing is that it does not slip or crumple even on a smooth wood floor. It's size is 39"L x 58"W.

This is a bright colorful carpet that seems to be very durable. My grandson has already spent hours pushing his matchbox cars around the streets. One of the nicer carpets of its kind.

I purchased this street rug as a birthday gift for my 2 year old grandson. He took right to it, as did his 4 year old brother and even his 5 1/2 year old sister. They all had fun identifying buildings as the "church" and the "mall" and even McDonald's! It is also a nice quality, quite soft, and easy on little knees. And it's a nice decorative bonus in the boys' room. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with this play rug. High quality for a good price. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. My son is three years old and has had so much fun with it. His imagination is at work when he plays with it. There is a gas station where he "fills up" his vehicles. Also, plenty of parking spaces and roads to maneuver the vehicles around. Good size too!

Great rug. I wished there were larger ones, but since there don't seem to be, it's a really good and sturdy one.

I purchased this rug a couple of weeks ago for my 3 year old daughter and she LOVES it. Plays with it with her 6 year-old sister for several hours at a time.

This is definitely a TOY - not a decoration. It's lightweight and very flat which makes it easy to roll up and easy to use as a mat for cars. The colors are bright and the size (about 3x5) is perfect. I also bought a traffic signs and cars set from Melissa and Doug to go with it. The seller accidentally sent me the LA Country Rug that is similar - I really didn't like it compared to this rug and am glad they were able to exchange it fairly easily. Both rugs have great color but this rug is easier to use design-wise (the streets are a bit more literal and straightforward).
