The quintessential guide to the obiquitous GM "Fishbowl"
Finally, an outstanding book on what was perhaps the most common bus on America's streets during the 60's and 70's has been published. Author John McKane has chronicled the GM "New Look" bus from it's development in the late 1950's to it's eventual demise. Finally, an outstanding book on what was perhaps the most common bus on America's streets during the 60's and 70's has been published. Author John McKane has chronicled the GM "New Look" bus from it's development in the late 1950's to it's eventual demise. The photos are fabulous, including several depicting the construction of fishbowls, fleet lineups, differences in models and details over the years, and much more. Hats off to John McKane on his efforts. As a life-long fan of these often taken-for-granted vehicles, I was very excited to add this excellent effort to my library.

Great book for the gm fans,Lost of photos and history.A must for any GM bus fan.These books are rare and getting hard to find for the collector.
