This review is from: Smith's General Urology, Seventeenth Edition (LANGE Clinical Medicine) (Paperback)
First of all i d like to say that i ordered the book the 1st of july and i had it here in greece in fourteen days only! Really convenient! When it comes to the book, i have to say it is very well organised in 45 chapters. The first 10 represent an introduction to urology and the rest give further information. Moreover, the 33th chapter was really helpfull, explaining acute renal failure, a confusing subject for students and some generalists. The only thing i want to mention is that, although the embryology chapter is well written it lacks of pictures and i struggled to understand the mechanism of the congenital deficiencies.

Concise, objective and up to date.
You can make a good review ou a quick access to a subject with this book. Don't expect that you can have everytinhg in it. That you'll only find in Campbell's. Even to Brazil it came very fast!

I'm a 4th year medical student going into urology, and this book has been great as I've prepared for my rotations in urology. Great information from what I've read thusfar.
