As a life long fan of Brand Nubian, Sadat X was always my favorite. The distinct voice and off-beat rhyme flow are trademarks of a vintage force in Hip Hop that should ring for decades. This is a definitely a keeper and one of those joints that gets better each time you listen to it. Sadat X is a great story teller. You can close your eyes and envision the scenarios as he paints pictures of his growing pains, trials, tribulations and triumphs. This piece is a refreshing cool breeze that is much needed during a time where rap music is watered down and soul-less.

I'm a big Brand Nubian fan as well as Sadat X guest spots, so this was a disappointment for me. Beats and lyrics are uneven throughout.
