Comment: This book has already been loved by someone else. It MIGHT have some wear and tear on the edges, have some markings in it, or be an ex-library book. Over-all itâ?TMs still a good book at a great price! (if it is supposed to contain a CD or access code, that may be missing)

If I was asked to put on a short, but effective, training module to introduce the concept of generational differences in the workplace, I would rely on this book. By itself, it is a comprehensive, inexpensive handout. (A reasonably priced training kit to accompany the book is also available, but I have not seen the materials.)
