I got this item in a neatly packed box with a hand written note inside which said that "I am returning this item, which not used by me as I have got something else.....". The supplier of this item did not even bother to open the returned item and send it to me.
I communicated this to the supplier and the supplier was willing to change. The product functions well and arrived on time. Why I am still continuing with this item and not returning. Well my Laptop does not run on battery and my old power supply is bad. I cannot afford to go without my Laptop. Plus I do not have time to return and wait for a fresh one arrive.
