Generic Hoover WindTunnel Self-Propelled Final Filter
This filter is competent, with over 99% filtration, but, technically, the package does not say "HEPA" (only "allergen") so the filter should not be advertised as "HEPA" by amazon.

Generic Hoover Filter
I agree with the other review that this package does not state HEPA filter. It seems to be performing just fine and was considerably less expensive than the Hoover brand.

This aftermarket filter fits my Hoover perfectly. I hadn't changed the filter in a couple of years, so it was overdue! Now the exhaust air smells nice and clean.
