"A powerful and provocative look into just who each of us wants to be in the coming millennium."Peter Weller, Actor and Film Director
"A spiritual bombshell. Isen and Kline have created an adventure in creativity that is exciting and life-altering. I know of no other book in the literature of spiritual development that is more original, more compelling, more hopeful, or more practical: As an opportunity for personal transformation, it is miles ahead of the crowd. The Genesis Principle is a novel that uses the ancient wisdom of the Kabbalah as the touchstone for a stunning examination of the source of creativity -- our own personal creativity -- and applies it to the changes we want to bring about in ourselves for personal fulfillment, peace, and happiness. Dave Carey's story is the story of every seeker...it is our story. His journey to understanding illuminates the way for all of us toward an empowerment that we may have thought impossible, unattainable. A marvelous achievement...The Genesis Principle is also a roaring good read." Joseph Dispenza, Director, Parcells Center for Personal Transformation and author of "Live Better Longer" and "The Way of the Traveler."
"The Genesis Principle will resonate with business leaders who are seeking creative solutions to the challenges of the emerging global marketplace. The Genesis Principle provides the reader with a palette of problem-solving tools which dissolves the limitations often encountered in today's workplace. By showing us a way to retool our thinking, Hal Isen and Peter Kline invigorate us with the ability to reinvent ourselves and the institutions where we work." Terrence Coffman, Pres., Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design
When I first read the manuscript of The Genesis Principle for possible endorsement, I reported to the publisher that I was "absolutely captivated". You see, authors Hal Isen and Peter Kline have given us a novel, but not a work of fiction. The Genesis Principle is, instead, a book of truths and guidance for a better life. The protagonist, Dave Carey, is in a marriage that is now devoid of passion, and perhaps even love. He has no time for it, devoting himself to his company, a company that has just been sold, and whos new owner is intent on destroying it along with the employees, including Dave. All this in the name of the mighty bottom line. Sound familiar? Worse yet, Dave is spiritually bankrupt! He reacquaints with a high school chum who, over the years, learned the secrets of the Genesis Principle, the 4-step path of creation and "...a radical, fundamental shift in your experience of who you are and what you can accomplish." Mssrs Isen and Kline write in a cant-put-it-down style about insights and epiphanies that go back to the Jewish mystical tradition of Kabbalah. The Genesis Principle shows us how to know who we really are; to unveil our current life principle; to unburden ourselves of all the ideals, myths and beliefs that keep us stagnant; to create a new life principle; and to learn to master the practices and tools to become a creator. The Genesis Principle is an unfoldment of natural wisdom that, in this reviewers opinion, can only enhance the readers life. Authors Isen and Kline quote Sri Aurobindo, "You cannot relate to anything if you dont know it, and you cant know anything until you can become it." I found practical, life-altering wisdom in every page!,
This review is from: The Genesis Principle: A Journey into the Source of Creativity and Leadership (Paperback)
It is one of the most amazing books I have ever come across. I found in every page, from the start, that the dialogues spoke to my heart and that I could see myself in them. I discovered that the Genesis Principle is the Creative Principle behind everything. The book allowed me to see how creativity works, it's design and how it is the essence of Who I AM. It's comprehensible dialogue takes one by the hand in the understanding of the flow of the creative process and how it works in every area of life. The book is very well written, mapping out the Wisdom Principles that I have found underlie most Spiritual Traditions. The question "Who AM I?" is the platform from which everything arises, gets created and brought into form. It is truly, as the name says: "A Journey into the Source of Creativity"! A must for anyone interested in their own Spiritual growth in a very practical way in living every day. I thank the authors, Isen and Kline, from the bottom of my heart.

I salute Hal Isen and Peter Klein.
As a student/teacher of Transformation since 1975, I have felt for a long time that a gap in the literature was a thoughtful book that re-contextualized cutting-edge work being done in psychology and spirituality in a Transformational context ... AND a presentation of Transformation that acknowledges (without hedging) the NonDual implications of Transformation. THIS BOOK DOES BOTH ... BRILLIANTLY! ... Oh well ... One less book for me to write!
