The product was exactly what my grandmother wanted -- large buttons, good features. Unfortunately, the light for the display died within 4 months and there is nothing in the directions on whether or how to replace it. Now, my grandmother keeps a flashlight next to her bed to see what time it is when it's dark. She really likes it otherwise, and I wish this part of it had worked better.
