Seems to work. I have taken this Levity supplement for a few years now. I believe I have a greater energy and ability to sleep soundly while taking Levity. The few times I stopped taking it, I did notice a difference of lethargy and low mood that ended as soon as I started up again.

This may not be right for everyone, but I believe I do have a difficulty absorbing and using B vitamins so this has been helpful for me. My advice is give it a try and see if you notice a difference. I combine taking these supplements with trying to eat healthy and getting lots of fresh air.
