Germany's hip-hop prodigies Tobi & Bo prove that there is a fine line between genius (Genie) and insanity (Wahnsinn). It probably wouldn't be fair to call them a "German Beastie Boys" since their raps are truly original, but they definitely have the wicked tongue-in-cheek charm that has made their American colleagues so popular. Even if you don't understand German, "Genie & Wahnsinn" is an awesome album, second only to "Sillium", the first album from Fünf Sterne Deluxe, Tobi & Bo's current hip-hop collaboration.
