I bought this because it was on sale and I was on a diet but NEEDED a chips fix. It worked perfectly! The serving size is around 17 chips but I eat about half of that with a spinach-yogurt dip for a high protein midday snack. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a snack high in protein but keep in mind it is a bit salty. The crisps are not crispy- it's more of a rice cake consistency.

The chips aren't as flavorful as I remembered when from buying them in a health food store. I was hoping that the ranch flavor would be more pronounced. I'm not sure if I'll get these again.
