Although our cart won't be used for fishing - just camping, it is a well thought out design and, with the large wheels, be very useful on the beach.

I have not used this cart yet but I am very pleased with the compactness of the cart and the quality of the tires. It is well worth it to purchase this one as opposed to the cheaper model due to the interchangeable wheels. I am looking forward to using this cart very soon.

Is everything I expected,, even more.. It carries a huge load and easy to use. Easy to store. Light. I cant say anything negative at all. If you surffish,, you need this. Happy fishing!!

Perfect! It actually performed better in the sand than on the pavement with the balloon tires. I will try to inflate the tires to the max next time. I kept them inflated in the middle of the posted 'limit' - nice and squishy. I had it 'loaded' with a large cooler, chair, umbrella, fishing poles and other gear! Well made equipment that folded and thrown it the back seat after a long haul to and from the beach.
PS. Another set of wide flat tires were included but one of them was damaged so I do not know how they would perform. I have not had time to follow up on getting a replacement.
June 17th- wanted to follow up on the damaged wheel mentioned above. The company VERY PROMPTLY replaced the wheel with absolutely no hassle and no charge. I still haven't tried it out because the 'balloon' tires are so AWESOME, I love my cart! My beach trips are SOOO much better.

I purchased this item because it comes with the Wheel Z balloon tires and another set of regular wheels. On May 4, 2011, I went to Huntington Beach Ca, the sand is soft. The distance from the parking lot to the water was approximately 200 yards of soft sand to negotiate. My load on the cart was approximately 50 pounds of gear, cooler, fishing rods, and a large umbrella. I did not push the cart, I PULLED the cart by its handle; I was relieved that it works, no drag, the wheels floated smoothly on the soft sand. When you receive the item, you will discover the tires not fully inflated, and I can see why; after placing a heavy load on the cart, the tires become firm which will smoothly roll on the sand, significant to a shopping cart on solid ground. There was this one man that I met who inquired about the wheels and I gave him my assessment, and he did a hands on "try it". It works people, my fishing partner Romy was convinced as well. Okay, $139.00, its worth it; don't forget to purchase straps for this cart. Some may disagree, but it worked for me. It was simple to place the cart in my vehicle, I just fold it with the tires on and it did not occupy that much room; with the balloon tires on, it is approximately at eyeball; 2 1/2 by 2 1/2. This cart is between the mini cart and the larger cart. I am satisfied and I hope you will enjoy this product. My fishing partner Romy and I are going to fish the beaches in California and this cart is clearly a need to have basis. Again, it rolls smoothly on soft sand.

I bought this cart for my boyfriend for a trip in North Carolina so he could bring along all of his fishing gear. It worked great!

This is a great product. The two wheel types offer a large range of flexibility. I took it to the beach last weekend and others looked at it with envy. It preformed on the sand beautifully. However, I did changed the wheel axle thumbs screws to knobs and added a fun-noddle to the front support bar to prevent scratches from the pavement. I am also working a plywood platform that can support both small and large objects. When finished, the larger platform will have built-in cupholders and tiedown openings.

I looked around at other carts that fold for storage and found this as a nice compromise; considering its low weight limit and cost. Also, the balloon wheels may seems underinflated upon arrival but that is neccessary for floating on top of the sand.

I have recommended this cart for others to consider.

FRUSTRATING!!! R clips do not fit into axle of wheeleez wheel. Tried to call customer service -- just a recording.
