Wow. What a supportive and informative book. The collection of articles written from this physician's first-hand mothering experience are both easy to digest and eye-opening. Her writing style is friendly and accessible. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking information, support and guidance for not only natural but 'undisturbed' childbirth.
