Gentle Fitness is Superbly Done, February 2, 2000
This review is from: Gentle Fitness with Catherine MacRae [VHS] (VHS Tape)
I have MS, and I have found Gentle Fitness to offer a very effective routine to help me with the exercise portion of my wellness program. Catherine has also had MS for many years, and on her video she features a class of students with all kinds of physical disabilities. Gentle Fitness seamlessly blends the wisdom of Yoga, Tai Chi & Feldenkrais with today's state-of-the-art Exercise Sciences. Catherine leads viewers through stretches, exercises, self-massage and breathing techniques that are easy, natural and therapeutic. Gentle fitness, 80% sitting, is great for strength, flexibility and balance. It will help your spirits rise and it just plain feels good! I highly recommend Gentle Fitness.

Wonderful for Mobility-Limited Folks..., April 7, 2003
This review is from: Gentle Fitness with Catherine MacRae [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Most of the exercises and movements restore calm, peace, rejuvenation, wellness and flexibility from a sitting or supported standing position. Easy, slow and fun movements demonstrated by a positive person with an all-star differently-abled class. Enjoyable! Restorative. I recommend it highly for those who live their lives from a sitting,or resting-often position. It'll recharge your batteries.

It's never to late to get flexible!, March 1, 2004
By A Customer

This is "exercise" for people who thought they were beyond hope on that score. No matter how old and decrepit you're feeling (regardless of chronological age), this program gets your muscles flexing, your lungs pumping, and your face smiling. You quickly realize that just because you can't run, there is plenty to do to stay Fit. The instructor and class are an inspiration.
