While the author is a bit excentric, that needs to be overlooked to really understand the valuable information in this book. It's time that the Swastika be given back the respect it deserves and earned in the 10,000 plus years that it has existed. Adolph Hitler was only a blip in the history of this symbol of good luck, success and wisdom. I became interested in the history of the Swastika while studying Buddhism and Native American symbology. It was the first Christian cross, it was Hebrew and the American Indians used it for hundreds of years until Hitler cast a shadow over it. It's time to remove the stigma from an innocent symbol and realize that Hitler adopted it for the same reasons. Success, power and protection.

Seriously I had no idea that the swastika existed outside the nazi regime! and being raised with jewish family members I was taught that the swastika was evil and a topic never to be touched upon. Reading this book gave me an incredible new view and insight into the general idea of how we use and view symbols. I can't even put into words the way in which reading this book changed me. I highly reccomend this book and both of Manwoman's other works.

I happened upon this wonderful book at BMEshop. Luckily, I was able to acquire a super limited first edition copy signed by the artist and author, ManWoman.
In this, ManWoman makes it his goal to explain the true swastika, the one that is a symbol of hope, love, peace, and unity to billions. Carefully researched, there are plenty of pictures to go along with the literary evidence.
Sure, ManWoman is a bit kooky, but really, s/he is a very spiritual person who just wants to spread some basic ideas.
Please, buy and read this book.
