5.0 out of 5 stars A stunning, spectacular display of jazz artistry, March 5, 2008

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: A Gentle Time - When Sunny Meets Tom (Audio CD)
Sunny Wilkinson has long been a favorite jazz artist. Her unique voice and brilliant rendetions of songs have created a large following of jazz aficionados over many years. This new CD wonderfully displays her amazing vocal gifts in a wide variety of songs, from gentle ballads to up-tempo standards (where Sunny shows a remarkable vocal range and dexterity in her long improvs), all strongly supported by her fine pianist, Tom Gavin. Their recent appearance at the Jazz Bakery in Los Angeles left the audience spellbound and awe-struck. Sunny is unquestionably among the finest jazz artists in the world today. This new CD is ample proof of that. Thank you, Sunny and Tom. Morten Lauridsen, Los Angeles
