This video lives up to its name. It is a Video of "Gentle Visions" and it has resulted in improved mental readiness and deep relaxation for patients who were about to have surgery. Post-op recovery time and required blood and anesthetics were reduced. This is a gift for both patients and medical staff.

I got this video from the Cancer Library nad learned it was to be used before surgery to relax you. However, I wasn't having surgery but dealing with cancer so watched it and found it to be a marvelous relaxing tool for the body. Several Doctors expressed to me the serious importance of relaxing and meditating on a regular basis, but I found it hard to do this on my own, however this gentle discussion of how to relax and some awesome photography gave me the relaxation I needed. I recommend this for anyone who needs to slow down and smell the roses in every day life. This tape can be found on the Internet for about $35.00.
